Mondelēz International busca un Manager de Mantenimiento para asegurar el funcionamiento continuo de las actividades de fabricación y soporte en su planta de Puebla. El candidato ideal tendrá más de 8 años de experiencia en liderazgo operativo dentro de la industria de consumo masivo, con un enfoque en TPM y Lean. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de contribuir a la mejora continua y el desarrollo de talento dentro del equipo de instalaciones.

Formación

  • Mínimo 8 años en un entorno de mantenimiento gerencial.

Job Description

Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities run without interruption, facilities shortages, or issues. You will achieve 100% compliance with local legal regulations, and adhere to Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. You are responsible for managing and maintaining site facilities, buildings, and equipment (hardware & software).

How You Will Contribute
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a strategic Facilities roadmap and annual operating plan that provides a competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Partner with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals. Establish strong governance to review & control operational performance and continuous improvement plans to deliver best-in-class results internally and externally.
  • Lead and be accountable for the Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program capabilities, including repairs & overall operations. Ensure adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, and government regulations, with regular reviews and effective implementation.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the Facilities team towards implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma methodologies: delivering zero breakdowns through preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; including PM (Progressive Maintenance), CBM (Condition Based Monitoring), visual controls & tools management, lubrication management, and equipment calibration.
  • Model company values and principles through effective coaching and mentoring, building skills across the Plant technical/engineering team to engage with the latest practices. Develop succession and resource plans for assets & technology, identifying critical levers to attract, retain, and develop talent.
  • Interface with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities, and deliver company objectives and goals.
What You Will Bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge:

  • Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with expertise in TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools, Safety & GMP standards.
  • An engineering background with strong financial & business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, including PM expertise, spare parts management, SAP PM module (end user), and basics of technology & engineering automation.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team environment. Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
  • Minimum 8 years in a Manager Maintenance setting.
  • Extensive experience in TPM, Lean, 6 Sigma, and World Class Maintenance concepts.
  • Proficiency in English (advanced).
  • Focus on plant equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
  • Functional competencies include experience with World Class Maintenance Concepts, TPM, and working in unionized environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a readiness to challenge the status quo.
