is seeking a Delivery Station Manager to lead a +20 hourly team and ensure safety, quality, and productivity at the delivery station. You will drive on-time delivery performance and optimize operations to meet customer expectations. You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR, manage shifts, payroll, vacations, and overtime while focusing on continuous improvement and cost containment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (read/write/speak).
