Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, or holidays.
• 2+ years of direct management experience.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of the delivery station.
• Lead a team of Process Assistants and DSPs with daily operations.
• Ensure a safe workplace and properly trained staff.
• Drive change and lean improvements at speed.
• Support operations: receive, scan, lift shipments up to 25 kg.
• Track sorting operations and drivers' dispatch.
• Adapt to sudden changes and growth in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work in a construction/distribution setting that may be noisy or unconditioned.
