Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an Operations Manager to support rapid growth and scalable delivery across the region. You’ll oversee 24/7 operations, manage multiple DSP relationships, and drive safety, quality, and performance.

Join a team focused on efficiency, metrics, and continuous improvement. You’ll recruit and develop talent, partner with finance, IT, and HR, and ensure safety procedures and loss prevention while delivering exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Manage delivery operations 24/7 and uphold service levels.
• Oversee day-to-day relationships with multiple DSPs.
• Drive operational goals and metrics for the Delivery Station and report to leadership.
• Identify gaps and lead lean process improvements to close them.
• Hire, develop and engage site talent through a formal career plan.
