is seeking a Shift Station Manager based in Chihuahua, MX. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the delivery station, leading a team of Process Assistants and DSPs, while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity are met. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and implementing process improvements, with a focus on delivering fast, reliable customer service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 2+ years of direct management experience.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day management of the delivery station within Amazon Logistics.
• Supervise a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers; conduct meetings and training.
• Ensure a safe, well-trained workplace and address employees' needs and concerns.
• Drive change rapidly and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Monitor sorting operations and driver dispatch; support shift planning and adaptability.
