Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is hiring a Delivery Station Supervisor to lead a team of Process Assistants and DSPs, focusing on safety, service quality, and productivity. The role emphasizes day-to-day operations and people leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will train staff, drive Lean improvements, manage scheduling and performance, and adapt to peak periods to ensure on-time deliveries and excellent customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Review forecast and determine productivity targets for sort operation and team performance.
• Support safety programs to maintain a safe workplace for associates and DSPs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools and training.
• Train and develop staff across shifts and roles.
• Implement continuous improvement projects across the operation.
• Foster collaboration among stakeholders and peers.
• Monitor DSP staffing, schedules, and quality KPIs.
• Promote best practices in health, safety, and productivity.
• Ensure capacity for deliveries during peak periods.
• Pilot new service types on-site, e.g., electric vehicles and cargo bikes.
• Conduct performance reviews with DSPs.
