Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Delivery Area Manager in Mexico City to lead a team of shift managers and associates onsite. You will oversee daily delivery station operations, coach teams, ensure safety and productivity, and coordinate with DSPs and drivers.

The role requires flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays, with a focus on process improvement and customer-centric performance. Strong leadership, English fluency, and 3+ years of people management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the delivery station, leading a team of shift managers and associates.
• Oversee operations to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Route shipments within the Amazon Logistics coverage area.
• Lead process improvements and Lean initiatives across the team.
• Coordinate with DSPs, drivers and cross-functional stakeholders.
