Genesis BPO LLC in Mexico City is seeking a Collections Specialist for U.S. collections with advanced English. You will manage delinquent accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and work across phone, text, and email to reach win-win outcomes.

Join a fast-paced recovery team, stay compliant with FDCPA and U.S. regulations, meet monthly targets, and enjoy a role that values initiative and strong communication. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST, with an office presence in Polanco.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency with strong speaking and writing skills.
• 1+ year of U.S. market collections experience in a call center.
• Experience with 1–365 day delinquent accounts and charge-offs.
• Proven ability to negotiate and collect on delinquent accounts.
• Creativity and resourcefulness when working with delinquent customers.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset and coachability.
• Adaptability to handle different personalities and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills; multitask across platforms.
• Discretion with confidential and compliance-related information.

Responsabilidades

• Own a lead queue of U.S. accounts to contact by phone, text, or email to set up payment arrangements.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements that get results while treating every customer with respect.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, using active listening and smart call control.
• Respond to customer texts and emails with professionalism, speed, and flawless spelling and grammar.
• Resolve problems and de-escalate conflicts like a pro.
• Collaborate with a specialized, tight-knit collections team.
• Meet — and beat — monthly collection goals and KPIs.
• Work in full compliance with the FDCPA and all U.S. state and federal regulations.
