Concord Servicing in Mexico City seeks a Collector to manage early to mid-stage delinquency across equipment leases and loans for multiple clients. You will use consultative collection techniques, maintain documentation, and work within approved guidelines to resolve payments efficiently.

The role requires strong negotiation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while achieving KPI targets and maintaining professional client relationships.

Competenze

• Familiarity with FDCPA and general collections compliance standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication under pressure.
• Ability to manage a high-volume queue with accuracy and urgency.

Mansioni

• Manage early to mid-stage delinquency across commercial equipment leases and loans.
• Execute outbound contact via phone, email, and digital channels to resolve payments.
• Document Promises to Pay (PTPs) and follow up on broken arrangements.
• Identify accounts at risk and prioritize contact intensity to prevent further delinquency.
• Process ACH and payment arrangements within authority and reconcile postings.
