Concord, a full-scope loan servicer, is seeking an experienced collections agent in Mexico City to support overdue accounts. You will conduct outbound calls, discuss payment plans, and document interactions, while ensuring compliance with FDCPA and local regulations.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication, and the ability to work overtime when needed; a competitive benefits package is included.

Formación

• Call center/collections experience required.
• FDCPA and state regulations knowledge a must.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Basic typing, 10-key, Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Collect payments on overdue accounts and locate debtors to arrange plans.
• Make outbound collection calls for accounts 16–180 days delinquent.
• Explain amounts due and determine action plans with debtors.
• Receive payments over the phone by credit card or check.
• Document customer accounts accurately and timely.
• Send letters, statements, and payment histories.
• Handle complaints and related paperwork; resolve issues.
• Maintain and achieve monthly goals; adapt to changes.
