Intugo Mexico is seeking a Recovery Specialist to manage delinquent accounts, develop recovery strategies, and negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining precise documentation and professional client communication.

You will contact clients to secure payments, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure targets are met with thorough record-keeping, in English and Spanish. This role emphasizes data-driven approaches using Excel and strong negotiation skills.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in collections or AR.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts and determine appropriate recovery actions.
• Contact clients to secure payments and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Adjust recovery strategies and escalate accounts when necessary.
• Meet recovery targets while maintaining accurate account documentation.
