Formación

• Previous BPO collections experience is required.
• Strong understanding of FDCPA and collections compliance regulations.
• Must meet all technical requirements listed.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls professionally.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with customers.
