Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist to join its Data and Analytics team in a fast-paced marketing environment serving education and nonprofit clients.

You will own tag management, QA, data integrity, and cross-team enablement, deploying pixels via Google Tag Manager, building data layers, and ensuring measurement accuracy across platforms.

This remote role offers competitive compensation and real ownership over the tracking infrastructure, with a direct impact on partner reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management & deployment — deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in Google Tag Manager; build data layers; manage container structure.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit broken tags, data discrepancies, and verify events in GA4 before campaigns go live.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — maintain tagging plans and document technical setups for non-technical teams.
