Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture for education and nonprofit-focused campaigns. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, ensure data integrity across GA4, CRM, and ad platforms, and document tagging standards for internal teams.

The role requires hands-on GTM expertise, data layer work, and a privacy-conscious approach to measurement.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms, with knowledge of Pixel and CAPI configuration for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management and deployment — manage GTM containers, triggers, and data layers across multi-client environments.
• Own QA, debugging and data integrity — audit tags, resolve data discrepancies, and verify events in GA4 DebugView before campaigns go live.
• Support documentation and cross-team enablement — maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists.
