Atomic HR is partnering with a fast-growing education/nonprofit-focused marketing agency to recruit a Tracking Specialist. You will own web analytics and pixel deployment across multiple clients, ensuring airtight data from first click to CRM entry.

You will configure Google Tag Manager, maintain data layers, perform QA, and document tagging standards. This remote role offers visibility on high-impact campaigns in the education sector.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Experience with GTM containers, triggers, variables, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration and DebugView.
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA and consent management, and how tracking decisions affect Paid Media KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management, deployment, and data layer in a multi-client environment.
• QA, debugging, and data integrity across client websites and platforms.
• Troubleshoot mismatches between ad platforms, GA4, and CRM to root cause; run tag health audits.
• Maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists; document technical setups.
