Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist to own the web analytics and pixel deployment across education and nonprofit clients from a remote role. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, manage data layers, and ensure accurate data from first click to CRM entry.

You will troubleshoot across major ad platforms, verify events in GA4 DebugView, and draft tagging plans to enable cross-team data insights and trusted reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in marketing/agency.
• Intermediate GTM containers, triggers, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms.
• Knowledge of Pixel and CAPI for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Hands-on GA4 configuration, events, and DebugView.
• Understanding of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management and deployment across multi-client environment.
• Build data layers and maintain GTM container structure and server-side tagging.
• QA, debug, and ensure data integrity across platforms and GA4/CRM.
• Document tagging plans and enable cross-team understanding.
• Translate business needs into tracking solutions and maintain accuracy.
