Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist to own tag management and data collection across client websites in education and nonprofit sectors. You’ll deploy pixels with Google Tag Manager, build robust data layers, and ensure data accuracy from first click to CRM entry, in a remote, async-friendly environment.

You’ll collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to audit tags, troubleshoot platform discrepancies, and document tracking solutions that translate complex technical concepts into

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms.
• Working knowledge of Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) configuration for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on GA4 experience including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
