Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist to own the web analytics and pixel deployment across multiple education and nonprofit clients. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, debug setup issues across paid ad platforms, and ensure data collection is accurate from first click to CRM entry.

You will manage GTM containers, data layers, and server-side tagging, while maintaining tagging plans and QA checklists for cross-team use.

Formación

• Hands-on tracking and web analytics experience in marketing or agency settings.
• Experience deploying pixels, tags, and data layers in GTM across multi-client environments.
• Working knowledge of GA4 events, DebugView, and cross-platform event verification.
• Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and consent management in tagging.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management & deployment — deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in GTM; manage data layers and container structure.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit tags, fix data discrepancies, verify events in GA4 and platform managers.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — create tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists; document setups for non-technical teams.
