Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist to own tag management and data collection for a fast-growing education-focused marketing agency. You’ll deploy pixels in GTM, build data layers, and ensure measurement accuracy across paid media and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities include QA, debugging, and documentation to enable teams to rely on precise data. You’ll report to the Data and Analytics Manager as the agency scales its education and nonprofit portfolio.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, triggers and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting conversion tracking across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on GA4 experience with event configuration and DebugView.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and consent management platforms.
• Ability to translate tracking concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Develop tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists.
