Bluelight is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You will sell custom software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore teams, guiding each deal from first conversation to signed agreement.

You will build pipelines, run consultative discovery, and collaborate with delivery and technical teams to tailor proposals that meet client needs. Strong relationship-building with CTOs and product leaders is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B software sales with quota attainment.
• Experience selling professional services and SaaS.
• Owns full sales cycle with multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong ability to uncover client needs and deliver value.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound and referrals.
• Conduct consultative discovery and map client challenges to Bluelight solutions.
• Prepare tailored proposals and statements of work with teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate handoffs with SDRs, delivery and leadership.
• Represent Bluelight at events to generate opportunities.
