Bluelight is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You'll sell custom software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore engineering teams to technology leaders who need to scale quickly, owning every deal from first conversation to signed agreement.

In this role you will manage the full sales cycle, build a healthy pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, craft proposals with our delivery and tech teams, and engage senior decision-makers.

Formación

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Consultative sales approach focused on uncovering client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to close.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of new clients through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand business challenges.
• Build tailored proposals, pitch decks and statements of work with delivery teams.
• Engage and build trust with senior decision-makers including CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Forecast revenue and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with SDRs, delivery and leadership for smooth handoffs and outcomes.
• Represent Bluelight at networking events and industry gatherings.
