Bluelight Consulting LLC is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You will sell software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore engineering services, owning each deal from first conversation to signed agreement.

You will manage outbound prospecting, build a strong pipeline, and engage senior decision-makers, including CTOs and VPs of Engineering, while collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new clients.
• Run consultative discovery conversations to uncover client needs.
• Create tailored proposals and statements of work with delivery teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers and forecast revenue.
