Bluelight is seeking an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You'll own the full sales cycle, selling custom software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore teams to technology leaders who need to scale quickly while preserving quality.

You'll build a healthy pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, craft tailored proposals with our delivery and technical teams, and engage senior decision-makers.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.
• Experience owning a full sales cycle and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
• A consultative sales approach focused on uncovering client needs and delivering value.

Aufgaben

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new clients through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand prospects' business challenges and map Bluelight's services to solutions.
• Create tailored proposals, pitch decks and statements of work with delivery and technical teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, founders, product leaders) and forecast revenue to meet targets.
• Coordinate with SDRs, delivery and leadership for smooth handoffs and successful client outcomes.
• Represent Bluelight at events to generate new opportunities.
