Confidential Jobs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Mexico City to lead a team of recruiters, own the hiring strategy, and partner with senior stakeholders. This hands-on role requires coaching, accountability for quality and speed, and a balance of high-volume operational hiring with senior searches.

You will coach, supervise, and develop the team, define goals, and architect the TA strategy across business areas while ensuring a positive candidate experience and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience.
• Proven track record hiring in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Comfort with data and analytics to justify hiring decisions.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruitment across seniority levels.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach, and grow a team of recruiters and sourcers.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and develop plans.
• Balance workload to protect delivery and wellbeing.
• Define and execute the talent acquisition strategy for business areas.
• Build proactive pipelines for critical roles.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Calibrate expectations on talent availability and compensation.
• Drive alignment on role scope, assessment criteria, and decisions.
• Own funnel metrics: time-to-fill, conversion, source effectiveness.
• Report progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Standardize interview processes and reduce bias.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience end-to-end.
• Contribute to employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
