MezTal is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a new centralized recruiting operation. This hands-on leadership role balances full-cycle recruiting with team and process management, starting with direct recruiting while building structure, processes, and a team for ongoing growth.

You will work closely with leaders to understand hiring needs, learn current systems, and gradually design a scalable recruitment operation that spans Mexico and possibly the Philippines.

Formación

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition leadership.
• Ability to design and optimize centralized recruiting processes and workflows.
• Hands-on recruiter who can also manage people and programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer coordination.
• Lead and oversee a growing recruiting and onboarding team.
• Build a centralized recruiting model and scalable processes.
• Learn existing processes and coordinate resources across locations (Mexico, Philippines).
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Ensure efficient sourcing and timely hires while developing best practices.
• Support expansion of locations into the centralized operation.
