Takeda is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Global Capability Center in Mexico and broader LATAM hiring initiatives. You will lead full recruitment lifecycle, advise hiring managers, partner with HR, and drive strategic hiring across the region to attract top talent.

You will work with global teams, ensure compliant processes, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while leveraging market insights and data-driven strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced organization.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for business interactions.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Strong communication, consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

Global Talent Acquisition is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team supporting the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico and broader regional hiring initiatives.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead for LATAM and Mexico GCC, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders across Mexico, the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles, delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences while leveraging market intelligence, sourcing expertise, and data-driven insights to attract top talent. This individual will play a key role in helping the organization achieve its growth objectives through strategic hiring practices and strong talent partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer development, negotiation, and hiring.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify, attract, map and engage diverse talent pools.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, providing guidance on talent market conditions, recruitment best practices, and candidate assessment.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a complex, fast-paced organization.
• Strong communication skills (English/Spanish) with business proficiency in English language is essential
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and Talent Acquisition technologies.
• Strong communication, consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Global Capability Centers, Shared Services, or Professional Services roles.
• Experience supporting hiring across the United States, Canada, and/or Latin America.
