ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead recruitment operations across Mexico and Central America. The role oversees end-to-end talent acquisition delivery, manages client relationships, and guides regional teams to achieve KPIs and SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition leadership, stakeholder management, and service delivery, with a proven track record of driving performance through metrics and workforce solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or Delivery Operations.
• Experience leading recruitment teams across multiple locations or countries.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced English proficiency; regional Latin America experience preferred.

• Develop and coach team leaders and recruiters to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Talent Acquisition teams across Mexico and Central America.

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance, hiring metrics, and business results.
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead regional recruitment operations and support workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.
• Develop and coach team leaders and recruiters to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, RPO, or Delivery Operations.
• Experience managing recruitment teams across multiple locations or countries.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience monitoring operational performance and recruitment metrics.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience supporting regional operations across Latin America is preferred.
