TaskUs in Mexico City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and engage top talent across functions. You will partner with business leaders, build sourcing campaigns, and elevate our employer brand while filling high-volume roles quickly without sacrificing quality.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
2+ years in recruitment sourcing, preferably high-volume.
Ability to manage multiple open roles with speed and accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with leaders to translate talent needs into fast-moving sourcing strategies.
Lead talent attraction through creative sourcing and employer branding.
Drive candidate engagement with compelling outreach and a high-touch experience.
Maintain accurate candidate data in real time within internal systems.
Own and drive the Employee Referral Program and vendor management.
Partner on external branding, events, and marketing campaigns.
Respond quickly to hiring needs and volume spikes.
