DATAMARK, Inc. seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for its Mexico Operations to lead full-cycle recruitment for staff and non-staff contact center and back-office roles.

The role focuses on building a strong recruitment environment, partnering with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs and future talent demands. You will drive TA strategy, oversee teams across locations in Mexico, and mentor TA personnel while ensuring compliance and learning culture across operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• At least 7 years in Talent Acquisition with progressive responsibility.
• At least 5 years in TA management or supervisory role.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing TA strategies.
• Recruitment experience in a Contact Center environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Aufgaben

• Provides leadership and vision to TA teams with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Collects data and develops metrics from the ATS and other data points to analyze recruitment activity.
• Coordinate Talent Acquisition across multiple locations in Mexico Operations.
• Audits TA teams to ensure compliance with corporate initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Mentors and develops TA personnel to promote excellence and growth.
• Drives communication and teamwork to ensure feedback on candidate quality.
