Legal Management Group is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead our global talent acquisition across the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines. Based onsite in Guadalajara or Tijuana, you will build and guide a high-performing recruitment team.

You will partner with executives on workforce plans, optimize processes, analytics, and employer branding to attract top talent in a fast-growing organization. This role offers USD compensation and direct exposure to executive leadership.

Formación

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 3–5+ years leading recruitment teams in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience recruiting across the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
• Experience in legal services or professional services is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team supporting hiring across the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop workforce plans, hiring forecasts, and recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and regional employment practices.
• Build strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in competitive talent markets.
