Capgemini México is seeking a LatAm Talent Attraction Lead to shape and drive the region’s Talent Attraction strategy across Latin America. This regional leadership role operates within the Global TA Center of Competencies, and offers a hybrid work model in Ciudad de Mexico or Aguascalientes.

You will analyze talent markets, define KPIs, activate the People Value Proposition, design the candidate experience, and partner with TA, HR and MarCom to attract top talent regionally.

Formación

• 6–10 years of experience in Talent Attraction, Candidate Experience, or Employer Branding within global or regional organizations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate insights into actions.
• Proven project management skills in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Talent Attraction strategy for Latin America, aligning with global TA priorities while adapting to regional market needs.
• Conduct ongoing talent and market analysis, consolidating insights to influence decisions.
• Measure, monitor, and report KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities across the candidate journey.
• Activate the People Value Proposition (PVP) across the candidate journey with consistent storytelling.
• Design and enhance the candidate experience from awareness to application in collaboration with TA and HR.
• Develop content, playbooks, and toolkits to empower TA teams and ensure consistency.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campaigns, and events to strengthen Capgemini’s regional presence.
