MSCI seeks an Inside Sales Analyst in Monterrey to accelerate our Sustainability & Climate offerings across the Americas. You will identify opportunities, engage asset managers, banks, and corporates, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to convert opportunities into long-term relationships.

Success comes from building relationships, understanding MSCI’s product suite, and meeting revenue targets while leveraging CRM tools like Salesforce and Excel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development with client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience with prospecting, outbound engagement, lead generation, and qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage prospective clients across the Americas; build pipeline.
• Educate clients on sustainability and climate trends; present MSCI solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Service, Legal, and Finance to close deals.
• Maintain CRM discipline, forecast, and pipeline hygiene; track key metrics.
