MSCI Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to accelerate growth in Sustainability & Climate, including Carbon Markets, across the Americas. You will engage asset managers, banks, and corporates, and partner with product and sales teams to translate market needs into MSCI solutions.

You will develop deep product knowledge, lead prospecting campaigns, and maintain CRM discipline to drive revenue and client value in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 2–4 years in sales or client-facing roles; sustainability/finance data solutions valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with CRM discipline.
• Experience with Salesforce and Excel or similar analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage prospective clients across key segments in the Americas.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding client needs and connect them with MSCI solutions.
• Initiate opportunities, secure meetings, and coordinate with Sales to execute strategies.
• Manage a defined commercial target aligned with the Sustainability & Climate sales org.
• Collaborate across Product, Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Client Service to support deals.
