MSCI’s Sustainability & Climate team in Mexico is seeking a commercially driven sales professional who can blend strategy, relationship management and new business development with climate risk expertise.

Based in Mexico City or Monterrey, you will own client relationships, grow new business, renewals and upsell opportunities, and connect corporate clients with MSCI’s data, research and analytics to address sustainability priorities.

Formación

• At least 5–8+ years of commercial experience in sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong financial markets background with investment product knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of indexes and index-related solutions.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage an active pipeline.
• Experience growing existing client relationships, including renewals and upselling.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business by engaging prospective corporate clients and building a strong pipeline.
• Own client relationships, renewals, retention and long-term account growth.
• Understand each client’s sustainability and climate priorities and map MSCI solutions to their needs.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling of Sustainability & Climate solutions.
• Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline with clear targets for new business, renewal and retention.
• Collaborate across Sales, Client Service, Marketing, Product, Legal and Finance to develop opportunities and close deals.
• Incorporate client feedback and market trends to inform product and commercial strategy.
