MSCI Inc. is seeking a commercially driven sales professional to join the Sustainability & Climate Team.

Based in Mexico City or Monterrey, you will own a portfolio of corporate clients, drive new business, manage renewals and grow existing relationships with a focus on sustainability and climate risk solutions. You will engage with clients to understand priorities, position MSCI data and analytics, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal and Finance to close opportunities.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of commercial experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, indexes and investment products.
• Experience generating and managing an active sales pipeline with renewals and upselling.
• Knowledge of sustainability, climate solutions or related data/analytics is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business: build a strong logo pipeline and convert conversations to revenue.
• Own client relationships: manage renewals, retention and account growth.
• Serve as a commercial partner: align client priorities with MSCI solutions.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling across MSCI’s climate solutions.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and achieve new-business and retention goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Service, Marketing, Product, Legal and Finance to close deals.
• Bring client feedback and market trends to product and leadership to shape strategy.
