MSCI is seeking an Inside Sales Analyst to accelerate growth in Sustainability & Climate, including Carbon Markets, across the Americas. You’ll engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and connect them with MSCI solutions while collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Service.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, business development, or another client-facing commercial role.
• Experience with prospecting, outbound client engagement, lead generation, and opportunity qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Commercially driven with revenue goals, pipeline targets, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and CRM data quality.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel; analytics tools a plus.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies; experience with tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage prospective clients across key segments in the Americas through targeted prospecting and lead-generation activities.
• Build relationships with new contacts and expand MSCI’s presence within existing client organizations.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding client needs and connect them with MSCI Sustainability & Climate solutions.
• Initiate new opportunities, secure prospect meetings, and collaborate with Sales Specialists on account strategies.
• Manage a defined commercial target aligned with the Sustainability & Climate sales organization.
