Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Proposal Manager in Mexico City to drive compelling, compliant responses for high-stakes sales opportunities. You will lead cross-tower teams, develop winning storyboards, and coach on orals while coordinating with internal customers to craft high-quality proposals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of pre-sales experience, strong English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 50% may be expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-tower opportunity support for mega deals.
• Lead day-to-day proposal management and manage resources.
• Consult with internal customers to develop compelling proposals.
• Oversee pre-RFx materials and conduct site visits, client workshops, and BAFO negotiations.
• Work with sales leadership to determine opportunity background, proposal strategy, required resources, and support schedule and logistics.
• Conduct proposal reviews and prepare review drafts.
