Job summary

Accenture PLC in Mexico City seeks a Sales Excellence Manager to lead bid teams through the full lifecycle. You will apply your sales process knowledge to assemble winning proposals that meet client needs and drive value.

You will collaborate with deal leadership, plan resources, coordinate cross-functional teams, and nurture key stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvement across bid management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required with 5+ years of related experience.
• MBA or similar degree is a plus (extra credit).
• Fluent English (oral and written) is required.
• Strong leadership, people management, communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal teams through the entire bid lifecycle.
• Define win strategies and messages with deal leadership.
• Determine expertise needed to develop compelling offers and plan resources.
• Drive bid activities and coordinate across teams and workstreams.
