PayJoy in Mexico is hiring a Business Development Manager to accelerate omnichannel growth by opening corporate accounts and distribution channels. You will own the pipeline, pursue deals from first contact to signed contract, and ramp revenue with minimal oversight.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to shape go-to-market strategies, negotiate complex contracts, and report forecasts with clarity.

Formación

• Must have 5+ years in sales/market growth roles in telco/fintech/retail.
• Proven track record closing large corporate partnerships.
• Experience owning end-to-end sales cycles and revenue targets.

Responsabilidades

• Hunt and close new business, owning the full sales cycle end-to-end with accountability for revenue targets.
• Generate and drive your own pipeline and convert to signed deals.
• Discover new business ventures and distribution channels using market analysis.
