PayJoy Mexico seeks a seasoned Business Development Retail Manager to drive sustainable growth of the retail network and optimize in-store performance. You will align commercial strategy with day-to-day store execution, ensuring proper inventory, healthy credit metrics, and strong promotional impact across 20+ points of sale.

Responsibilities include route planning, risk monitoring, and close collaboration with Risk, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to protect margins and deliver consistent

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in retail management or sales leadership.
• Experience supervising multi-location retail networks (20+ stores).
• Ability to interpret sales, inventory, and risk dashboards.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory control across all points of sale in Mexico.
• Monitor credit risk indicators at store level and coordinate with Risk teams.
• Design and execute promotions and campaigns to drive sales and ROI.
• Plan and manage store visitation routes and set targets per site.
• Resolve operational issues across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Risk.
• Lead field-based performance reviews and improvement plans across the network.
• Produce sales, inventory, risk, and KPI reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to translate decisions into field execution.
