PayJoy Mexico is seeking a Business Enablement Manager to unlock revenue from retail and telecom partnerships. You will own senior-level relationships and drive growth by aligning product, credit, and go-to-market decisions with partner priorities.

You will design joint growth strategies, build performance dashboards, and lead cross-functional execution with Product, Marketing, and Operations to maximize revenue across active accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong executive communication skills.
• Experience growing partnerships and expanding revenue in retail, telecom, or fintech.

Responsabilidades

• Design joint business plans with retail and telecom accounts to unlock revenue potential.
• Serve as PayJoy's senior commercial contact and lead executive QBRs.
• Drive same-store origination growth by removing gaps in operations, training, and product.
