PayJoy Mexico is seeking a Business Development Retail Manager to drive sustainable growth of its retail network, ensuring optimal inventory, healthy credit risk metrics, and effective promotions across points of sale. The role connects commercial vision with day-to-day store execution, reducing variability and protecting margins through supervisory routes and timely issue resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or equivalent roles.
• Experience supervising multi-location retail networks (20+ points of sale).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets for dashboards and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Design and oversee inventory control across all points of sale with Supply Chain alignment.
• Monitor credit risk indicators at store level and implement corrective plans with Risk teams.
• Lead development and execution of promotions and campaigns with ROI metrics.
• Plan and manage store visitation routes and assign sales targets per location.
• Resolve operational issues across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Risk to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular field visits and provide feedback to POS teams for improvement.
• Produce recurring executive reports on sales, inventory, risk, and KPI performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate corporate decisions into field execution.
