A leading technology firm located in Mexico, Jalisco is seeking a seasoned professional to take ownership of technical customer success. The role requires over 7 years' experience in technical customer-facing positions, with expertise in UiPath and a solid background in programming, particularly .NET and Linux systems. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively, including presenting to large audiences. A willingness to travel is also required.

Formación

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
• UiPath experience or other automation products is desired.
• Experience with server infrastructure, IT, network troubleshooting, and security.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of customers' technical success.
• Engage with customers for strategic adoption plans.
• Provide technical advisory and infrastructure support.
• Conduct design and code reviews.

Technical customer-facing roles

UiPath or intelligent automation products

Linux-based systems administration

Programming (.NET, C#, C++, VB, Java, Python, PowerShell)

SaaS and Cloud technical background

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
