A technology firm in Mexico, Ciudad de México is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead technical solutions and ensure successful implementations for customers. The role involves guiding customers through discovery and design sessions and optimizing solutions. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of experience in IT or software engineering with hands-on scripting skills, alongside expertise in IT domains and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• 3–4 years of experience in IT or software engineering, including at least 2 years in IT operations.
• Expertise in one or more IT domains such as Linux/Windows servers, networking, security, or cloud platforms is required.
• A proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Professional Services technical solutions for successful implementations.
• Guide customers through discovery, design, and deployment sessions.
• Drive adoption by optimizing configurations and creating custom solutions.

Conocimientos

3–4 years of experience in IT or software engineering

Hands-on scripting in Python

Proactive mindset

Strong collaboration skills

Familiarity with web technologies like HTTP, JSON, RegEx, and REST APIs
