Amazon Logistics is seeking an Area Shift Manager in Mexico to lead a large, diverse team at one of our operational sites. You will promote safety, drive productivity, and oversee daily shift activities to meet business goals.

You will work onsite with rotating weekends and nights, collaborate with other managers, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements. This entry‑level leadership role offers growth opportunities within Amazon Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to make sure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service
• Promote best practice and continuous process improvements across your team in areas like health and safety and productivity
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
