Amazon Logistics (AMZL) in Mexico City seeks a Delivery Shift Manager Jr to lead a +20 hourly team within a delivery station. The role focuses on safety, KPI tracking, shifts, payroll, and overtime management to maximize customer satisfaction and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience in retail, distribution or similar environment
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Responsabilités

• Create balance between work and fun with associates under scope
• Ensure team execution to accomplish business goals
• Support process improvement activities related to inefficiencies or new functions in day-to-day operations
• Assist in documenting, deploying and monitoring key business processes that support AMZL Mexico
• Follow up KPIs of operations within the delivery station
• Dive deep analysis of KPIs and support quality initiatives and change management
• Measure drivers' performance and customer experience service
• Internal audits execution
• Assist business to achieve year-on-year improvements within operating plan
• Develop delivery station workflow and metrics according to standard work
