Job summary

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks an Area Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and keep pace with demand in a fully onsite environment. The role is hands-on, with a focus on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement across shifts.

You will analyze performance, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes while developing people and sustaining customer-focused operations at AMZL facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays; flexible schedule.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA).

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Support and lead a team while building a strong team culture and handling administrative work.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and customer service.
• Promote best practices and continuous process improvements across the team, including health and safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
