Job summary

Amazon is seeking an entry‑level Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at one of our Monterrey operational sites. You will drive safety, productivity, and customer‑centric service while working across shifts and collaborating with other managers to standardize processes.

You will coach a frontline team, handle administrative tasks, and analyze performance to identify improvements. Fluency in Spanish is required, and English is an asset for cross‑border communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, distribution, or similar.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across shifts.
• Lead and support a team while handling administrative tasks and building a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and propose process improvements to optimize work and customer service.
• Promote best practices and continuous process improvements across the team in health, safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
