Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking a Supervisory professional in Mexico to lead a delivery station team, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive safety, quality, and productivity. You will manage Process Assistants and DSPs, coordinate shift coverage, and ensure targets are met while adapting to changes in demand.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ years of people management, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Review operational forecast and set productivity targets for the delivery station.
• Lead a team of Process Assistants and DSPs, assign duties and coach performance.
• Ensure a safe, trained workforce and address team needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations including DSPs scheduling and dispatch.
• Support peak periods and pilot new service types on-site.
• Conduct performance reviews with DSPs.
