Amazon Mexico is seeking an Area Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at one of our operational sites in Cuautitlán Izcalli. You will drive safety standards, monitor process efficiency, and manage daily tasks while coordinating across teams and partners to meet customer demands.

The role requires rotating shifts, flexibility, and overtime during peak periods. A Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in logistics or related fields is preferred, with strong English and fluent Spanish skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or related field or graduated within the last 12 months.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, charts)
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Fluent Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily inventory control, quality assurance and capacity activities for the Warehouse.
• Lead Stow and Picking best practices and capacity management to improve efficiency.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive results across the operation.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
